Phoenix Aviation Limited is licensed by Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) to operate fixed and nonscheduled passenger services, air ambulance, cargo and aerial survey operations and is approved by the Authority to operate into and out of Kenya to all countries on the African continent, Europe, Middle East and Asia under Air Service License KCAA/LAS/2238 & 2239.
Phoenix Aviation Ltd. operates Commercial Air Transport for passenger, cargo and emergency medical operations as stipulated in the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) number KCAA/FOPS/3010/164 issued by Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA)
The entire fleet of aircraft is maintained under the company's Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certificate number K/AMO/L/005 issued by Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA)
