With 30 years of experience in aviation, Mohammed began his career in
1995 having completed his initial aeronautical training in Kenya then
furthering his education in the United Kingdom. He started his first
attachment with Phoenix Aviation and later on, moved on to work for Air
Kenya aviation and Regional Air, a franchise of British Airways in
Kenya.
Throughout his career as an aircraft maintenance engineer, Mohammed has
earned certifications in Airframe, Engine, and Electrical engineering.
He holds license certifications for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, as well as
EASA. Additionally, he is a Designated Examiner for the Kenya Civil
Aviation Authority (KCAA) in engineering as well as a designated
FlightLine International practical examiner on specific aircraft type
training.
Over the years, Mohammed has gained extensive managerial and hands-on
experience working with a variety of aircraft that include Boeings,
Bombardier/DeHavilland and Textron-manufactured aircraft models.
