Phoenix Aviation was founded in 1994 by father and son, the late Bill Parkinson and his son Steve, who at the time was flying the Boeing 737 and serving as Chief Pilot for Regional Air, a British Airways franchise. They shared a simple but powerful goal: to bring reliable, professional aviation services to the region.
