Phoenix Aviation owns modern aircraft repair and maintenance facilities at Wilson Airport, Nairobi-Kenya. Our Aircraft Repair and Maintenance Organization (AMO) is approved by the Kenya and Tanzania Civil Aviation Authorities. The approvals allow us to perform repair and maintenance activities for all our fleet aircraft and third-party aircraft. Our approvals cover repair, maintenance and modifications on the Beechcraft KingAir B200/B300 series, Cessna C208 series, Cessna Citation C550B Bravo, Cessna Citation C560XL Excel and Cessna C680 Sovereign aircraft.

Our engineers hold multi-category licenses with type ratings to adequately cover all our aircraft. Our maintenance personnel receive manufacturer factory training at the Flight Safety International training center in Wichita, USA

Regular recurrent training of our engineers and technicians ensures they are up to date with the latest technology, skills, procedures and regulatory updates ensuring the highest technical safety standards are upheld.

Safety and Quality

Phoenix Aviation has a robust Safety, Quality and Security Management system that ensures that the organization operates in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements as well as international safety standards and industry best practice.

We hold a European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Third Country Operator Authorization having demonstrated compliance with the technical and administrative procedures related to air operations. This safety authorization allows us to operate in the European Union airspace.

We also boast of vast experience in remote, hostile and challenging operational environments. Our experienced team of pilots undertake annual recurrent simulator trainings at renown training facilities including Flight Safety International Simulator Center in Farnborough, UK. Our training program also includes periodic proficiency checks on each aircraft type we operate. We continue to strive for the highest level of crew proficiency to ensure safety of our operations.
